@dhl @ups Your service is atrocious. Somehow, YOU have changed the delivery address of my parcel while on route. Now it is delayed which gives me a huge problem, and I have no contact from you, or confidence it will reach me. Your apps are useless

@HMRCcustomers hi, I returned home to Italy last year. you have sent me a refund cheque in GBP but I don’t have a Uk bank account and can’t cash. Can HMRC cancel the cheque and make the payment into my UK Monese payment card so I can withdraw in Italy?
