@LiangRhea@anisaassifi Anecdotally I have found women able to get access closer to home with local support rather than travelling or calling from all over the state so I have noticed a drop off in urgent appointments. Along way to go to more acceptable access though but new guidelines also a great step
@MilicaStojsic1 I thought the major risk factors were people who exercised more than average, background atopy history and high stress lifestyle, as these are also the cohort of people who don't allow themselves adequate rest and recovery. The risk factors mentioned pertain to serious disease.
@hughriminton Just go to your GP for the skin check and save a whole lot of time and money.....unless you are following up a malignant lesion and the GP is looking for expert support and a whole lot of ther reasons to see a dermatologist....GPs can handle a dermatoscope.
@all__that__jas My best advice from my supervisor was the day you walk into a medical facility thinking you will be on top of everything and 100% sure of yourself then continue to walk to the carpark as you have just become an unsafe doctor....stay humble and you're not alone.

At it again for the @SaferCareVic#pphcollab. PPH with Drugs dance. The collab has already reported 30-40% reduction in PPH >1.5l rate at Monash Casey and STVs Private. 13% drop across the state and still 5 months to go!
@SezClom Hamish M the commentator actually said this thing twice and both times I thought 'that seems sensible as the alternative seems so much harder' 🤷♂️
