@ScentOfCommerce Ah.
She wasn't aware he was paying for her debts.
Prim gently shoves a rather heavy pouch of coin into his hands. She had been dancing last night to pay off the damages.
Maybe picking pockets...
As always, banned from the local library.
Primrose got too loud, hit the nearest scholar with the butt of her knife, a fight ensued and some delicate books were damaged.
She might owe 50,000 leaves.
Instead, she dug her dagger into the straw mattress and flung the straw everywhere.
The goose down pillow did not survive either. Feathers poofed up into the air and came down looking like fluffy snow.
"Today's the day for a knife fight!"
Pottery could be heard smashing against the walls as she flew into a fit of rage, the shards clattered to the floor in an ever growing pile. If the petite woman was any bigger furniture would be flipped over and broken. --
"Those who spill the blood of innocents for greed and power deserve death."
Something Primrose has zero tolerance for. Since, she herself was caught up in these petty power struggles and shady deals as a young girl.
Looks like the dancer had to come out of retirement.
Prim sniffs a bit at the acceptance of her apology. This apothecary reminds her of someone.
Polite, modestly dressed, and smells of herbs and salves. Couldn't quite put her finger on it.
"Thank you, I may have been a bit harsh. I need to stop being defensive."
"I do not have inexperience. I have come across it quite a few times in my travels.
It's simply that those repeated encounters haven't hardened me to the cruelty of words.
But...apology accepted."
@OneTrueMagic "He was a worm in life and he is dust in death. Yet, the beastly man haunts my dreams at times."
There was a chill that ran up her spine, almost like she heard the faint whisper of, "Kitten," in her ear. Prim shook it off and resumed her conservation.
"Showing ankle is harlot behavior? Then I must be the biggest one of all, well, according to a dead pig.
That's neither here, nor there."
Primrose does hope that the buzzards and carrion beetles have picked his bones clean. Even so, that's too good for him.
Primrose would clutch her tanned fist to the golden collar at her throat.
"My, this is how one in Sunshade refers to naรฏvetรฉ or inexperience with the underworld, not an actual child. Apologies are needed on my end."
She would give Castti a small bow.
"Calling me a child is certainly a choice... But alas, that doesn't take away from the sympathy I hold for you.
I'm sorry you had to endure such things."
"You sweet snowy child. He was a wicked man that sold his soul to demons and us dancers to men.
He said much, much worse. I will not repeat the other terrible things he called us."
Don't look into Primrose's eyes for too long, or the lovely dancer will snag you with 'Allure', and then you'll be her obedient pet until she releases you from the spell.
