I never try to draw attention to unsung heroes. But today a guy came into the animal shelter to surrender his beloved dog cuz he is being evicted on Monday.Instead, the shelter staff quietly collected the funds amongst themselves needed to keep them BOTH housed. And I see grace🙏

BlackRock, JP Morgan set up 'reconstruction bank' for UkraineBlackRock and JPMorgan Chase are aiding Ukraine in setting up a reconstruction bank. The cost of rebuilding Ukraine is estimated to be around $411 billion, and it is rapidly increasing. The Ukraine Development Fund is in the early stages of setting up the reconstruction bank. BlackRock and JPMorgan are offering their services and will likely have the first look at potential investments in Ukraine.

JPMorgan has a long-standing relationship with Ukraine and has helped raise significant funds for the country in the past. BlackRock suggests the need for a "development finance bank" to provide Ukraine with infrastructure, climate, and agriculture opportunities.

The reconstruction bank aims to attract public and private sector investors to specific projects and sectors in Ukraine. However, investments are not expected until the end of the conflict with Russia. #BlackRock
