@Meta @facebook @fbsecurity I filed a complaint with the BBB earlier in March, which has not yet received any response. My brother noticed that the hacker has begun to take my account into FB groups and post fishing gear for sale, which is obviously a scam which may impact others

@Meta @facebook @fbsecurity Guess what that button did? Nothing except take me back to a page where I can try to log in again. Oh, login doesn't work, forgot your password? Just search your account! Oh, wait, this is the same account that the email said was hidden. Oops.

@Meta @facebook @fbsecurity The recovery process keeps telling me my devices are unidentified, I'm assuming the hacker removed all my associated devices. I got an email on the 24th that the account was suspected of being hacked, with a button to click to start a recovery process.
