Either Tucker Carlson is a completely incompetent journalist, or he was caught lying.

How it started: Tucker Carlson claimed @dbongino told him in text messages that Trump shut down the Butler assassination investigation.

How it went: Bongino debunked Tucker's claim by publishing their text message exchange, which contained no such statement.

How it's going: Tucker now claims he has additional text messages that Bongino didn't release, showing he's lying and proving his claim - but he won't publish them because "I don't want to."
