Don't trust @FedEx for your US - EU delivery. My 2 packages were expected to arrive home today & after waiting the entire morning they delayed the delivery because allegedly the driver attempted a delivery. No notice lap left, no one knocked on my door @FedExEurope @FedExHelpEU

The most terrible experience with @British_Airways today. Connection in O’hare from Nashville. Late arrival of my plane & lost my connection to London. Now downgraded to Economy from Premium Economy and with a ticket in standby. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

@KLM I have not yet received any solution from you. Only night flights that forces me to sleep in Amsterdam and expense a hotel. Can you please offer me an alternative on the 2nd or the 3th of January with a similar schedule than the flight you cancelled? @KLM

Very disappointed with @KLM. My flight for Xmas was cancelled. I’m being offered a refund or to pay £300 more to get into another flight? Why booking early if you’ll end up paying a fortune? Why booking KLM and not Ryanair. The best? @KLM costumer service via WhatsApp.Pic below.

@DellCares Again, this is a bit confusing. You are saying that is meant to be sent anywhere from the 22/03 but on the tracking system it says that it will be sent on the 19/03. My order should be prioritised as my initial order was sent on the 2/01. Which one will be the shipping date?

@DellUK cancelled my first @AlienwareTech ordered on the 2nd of January. Then generated a new order which was meant to arrive next week. @DellCares promised this week that it would be shipped in February. Now it's delayed again. See picture. Don't buy @Dell.

@AlienwareTech Your estimated delivery dates clearly cannot be trusted. A prove of that is your traking system which still estimates that my @Alienware was shipped yesterday.
Stop providing misleading information to customers. @Dell @DellCaresPRO.

This is how the @Dell tracking system misleads to its customers. According to this my @Alienware should have been shipped yesterday. Still no official updates sent to me and the WORST thing: The second time this order is now delayed. Don't buy @DellCares @DellCaresPRO!

@AlienwareTech Avoid ordering from @Dell. My order should be shipped today according to the website and it has not yet entered in production. This is the second time I suffer a delay. Avoid at all costs.
