@ElizabethParke4 @DisabledTeachUK @wgmin_education Well I’m not sure what goes on in your school but I’m a chair of governors and the tas at my school don’t leave at 3:30 most days and usually start before most of the teachers. I’m not arguing that teachers shouldn’t be paid more. Just that ta should be recognised too
