“Hospitality, therefore, means primarily the creation of a free space where the stranger can enter and become a friend instead of an enemy. Hospitality is not to change people, but to offer them space where change can take place.”

@20_0football @jakebillsfan Yup, it cleared up, thank you

@20_0football

Is there an outage on your app? It won’t allow me to sign in or play any longer. This is what it’s saying on the app and the web page.

TypeError: The Node.nextSibling getter can only be used on instances of Node

[Dane Burgess @DaneBurgess]

@20_0football @jakebillsfan I have iOS and the app a few days ago logged me out and just does this when I try and log back in.

It just keeps loading but never does anything.

A simple practice that can help us all right now: log off and take regular breaks from the internet.
Let your nervous system return to baseline.
Re-center your heart in God, hope, nature, and friends.
This is a healthier place to speak from.

@edstetzer We host VBS every summer, and for the past few years I’ve had “different cousins” come MC. The kids all think I have hilarious cousins — only the adults know it’s really me in disguise 🥸.

[Dane Burgess @DaneBurgess]

@MLB I stole a home run ball from a lady in a wheelchair that Miguel Cabrera smoked to dead center. The whole crowd booed me. It wasn’t my finest moment in life.

[Dane Burgess @DaneBurgess]

@Fantrax just flagging that Priester wasn’t a starter today but Fantrax kept him marked as a starter. Wanted to make sure that gets corrected

A guy in our league wants to rebuild his team. Is the asking price for Trout and Schwellenbach too high?

@fantasybbhero Sounds like you need to find a new league

[Dane Burgess @DaneBurgess]

@fantasybbhero I watched his whole start, two innings, he was having trouble locating his pitches and his control was off. After that, he started to settle in.

Overall, classic young thrower trying to learn how to be a pitcher and trust his stuff and his catcher.

[Dane Burgess @DaneBurgess]

@fantasybbhero I’m not superstitious but every time I watch my pitchers, they crumble in front of my eyes

[Dane Burgess @DaneBurgess]

@fantasybbhero He still is minor league eligibility in our league, so I can just keep him on my minor league roster. But if he looses eligibility, I’ll be forced to drop. No one is buying

[Dane Burgess @DaneBurgess]

@fantasybbhero I needed depth in my own league and got guys I could place in minor league positions until they graduate…guys like…

1. Burke
2. Thorpe
3. Ogasawara

Who knows, could pop but if you need volume, they could be cheap options.

[Dane Burgess @DaneBurgess]

@lukedsimmons Thank you, Luke, for sharing. Over the past few years, we’ve faced challenges in developing emerging leaders. Hearing a fresh perspective on how to address this trend can bring clarity for the next season. I appreciate your service to pastors in this way.

[Dane Burgess @DaneBurgess]

@fantasybbhero Does team context drive one forward more than the other?

[Dane Burgess @DaneBurgess]

@memphisredbirds @MiLB If he consumed that entire container, that’s like 12,000 calories 🤢🤮

New goals don’t deliver new results. New lifestyles do.

Altseason is just around the corner.

I’ve been through 2 altszns, turning <$1k into $5M+

50x–100x on ur entire portfolio is possible if you know how to play it right.
