The hardest thing for some players to do is accepting a role…. This is a question that college coaches don’t ask enough when talking with coaches about recruiting a kid. It is the biggest sacrifice that goes unnoticed in the game at all levels when basketball gets competitive.
Team Culture Killers at the Start of the Season:
1. Unwillingness to embrace your role
2. Constant questioning of systems and style of play
3. Pouting after limited shots or playing time
4. Talking bad about teammates behind their back
5. Letting practice intensity slip
Over the last 3 games Jr G Dane Maggi averaged 19ppg. He had a season high 24pts vs Embry Riddle. We hope he can keep that hot streak alive tonight when we play Arizona Christian. @DaneMaggi
