I just want my bags from Southwest back!

At this point I'm convinced you don't know where my bag is! Also, Southwest refuses to file a lost bag claim for me. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never fly Southwest again have this. They keep stringing me along and I'm tired of it! #Southwestmeltdown

@SouthwestAir I called the baggage line again and they claimed that my bag is still at the airport waiting in "storage". I drive my butt down to the airport and the Southwest employees have no clue where my bag is. I'm going on almost 3 weeks with no bag. WTF! #SouthwestAirlines

@sydwalsh05 @SouthwestAir I just messaged them, no response yet. I also called the baggage claim line and got on the phone with someone after waiting about an hour. I think that's the way to go.

@SouthwestAir Furthermore, almost 2 weeks without a text, call or email from Southwest about my bags. The lady I spoke to on the phone a couple of days ago said that your bags will "probably" get to Austin soon. Probably doesn't cut it!!! I want to know where my bags are! Utterly ridiculous.

@SouthwestAir I called a few days ago about my bags that I haven't seen since 12/22 and they told me they were on the next flight to Austin. 3 days later and no word about my bags. On top of that my file ID doesn't work when I try and track my bags. I'm losing my mind Southwest!
