@MyIndusIndBank has horrible customer service for their premium credit cards. I’ve been writing to them for weeks now. Why? Because as a holder of their “premium” Avios card I’m getting half the Avios I’m supposed to and being charged twice the forex fee. Really seems like a scam

I have never seen worse customer service than @HDFC_Bank Fastag portal. They made an error in entering my car number in their backend. My car is 6899 and they put in 6889. Now my fastag, connected to my wallet, is attached to another car and @HDFCBank_Cares refuses to resolve it
