UDL and IBL are great ways for students to be learning at their own pace, using tools and desired ways of learning. It's a great way to include everyone in the course and tasks. As well as meeting students where they are at in their learning and achedemic acheivements. #GCRDTech

Challenge: for me, my highlight this year was back in january (the hardest month of the year for many of our students). I was coaching a student, and they teared up. When i asked what was wrong, they replied "noone has taken the time to explain it like to me" 💜 #NT2T

A4: trauma has MANY ways of impacting students learning. The one I will mention here is, attentivness. Students who have empty tummies, or come from abusive families have so much on their minds that their learning is on the top shelf and usually takes a bunch. #NT2T

A3: over the past year my students have felt isolated. The incertainty of having food on their tables has caused many outbreaks at schools. Teenagers arent being teenagers. Youngers students are doing less and less. #NT2T
