Fiber bars and cereals are a good choice and many low-carb or high-protein products have tons of fiber added to them - check labels!

A group of friends, an old yoga mat and the drive-thru order of any late shift's nightmares makes for a perfect weekend night of fun! Especially when you're relegated to "seat duty" and get to be on the other end of a few furs filled with enough gas to clear a whole block!
Keep in mind: Everyone's body is different, and what works for other people may not work for you! Also, don't do anything that could significantly damage your health just for a few more braps!

On that note: eventually in many cases, your body may learn to handle trigger foods and they won't do as much anymore. If you hit a plateau, it's best to switch to a lower diet for a bit to balance things out.
