@Eurostar extremely disappointed with your customer services. I booked a ticket for this coming week as I was planning to attend a concert in Paris, however the concert has been cancelled. When asked if I could have a voucher for the value of the ticket I bought I was told no.

All I wanted was a voucher so I was able to have more time to figure out when I can change my ticket to. Now I face losing almost £100. Safe to say I won't be using Eurostar again

@RoyalMailHelp so very disappointed with your service. Specifically requested to leave parcel with local post office as I knew I wouldn't be home when delivery was attempted (plus it was meant to be signed for) but it was left in a wet food bin and the item I ordered is damaged

@RoyalMailHelp I am not happy with this as the item I ordered is a collectable vinyl which the casing has now been damaged due to the lack of care during delivery. Not even an attempt at delivering to a neighbor. I would like a refund for the cost of this item so I can repurchase
