I'm settled. The Zane we met in Alan Wake 2 is Mr.Scratch from Alan Wake: American Nightmare. All the clues are there. "The Happy Song" playing while Zane and Alan party. "Zane" has the ring on his necklace, like Mr.Scratch in AWAN. He does the same dance as Mr.Scratch.
