@MartinSLewis I booked KLM flights with MyTrip travel agency in February to go to Amsterdam in November. 3 weeks before our holiday they cancelled the flights and I still can’t get my money back from them. I had to book new flights that cost me double the money. What can I do?

@OFLoakfurniture Ive spoke to 9 different members of your staff over the past 3 weeks, no one seems to be able to help. Ill just cancel and pay my money in to a company who understands the definition of customer service.

@OFLoakfurniture the WORST company ive ever ordered from. Paid £2.5k for lots of new furniture over 3 months ago. Ive now had 4 different delivery dates booked and its not arrived on any of them. To top it off, no one contacted me before rescheduling it, let alone to apologise.
