Five years ago today, the Government responded to the scandal of mid-Staffs, & while much has changed, the case for strong, open, supportive learning cultures has never been more urgent. 1/3

It's becoming clearer the promised new money is targetted mainly (entirely?) towards new mental health initiatives in schools. Where's the funding to enable CAMHS teams to meet the new 4 week waiting time targets? https://t.co/gdZ3YI33Mu
But why must we wait for a 4 week waiting time target for CAMHS to be “phased in” beginning in “2019”? Everyone - young people, parents & teachers - say the longer people have to wait, the more likely it’s going to impact adversely on their life & ability to go to school/college.
We welcome the four week waiting time target for CAMHS that the government proposed in its Green Paper, but there will need to be additional, long-term funding to make this a reality https://t.co/iRz0w70UxR
Govt has repeatedly promised additional £1b for #mentalhealth. @NHSEngland now say we may not get this. Join our campaign #StopMHCuts - retweet and say how it will affect you if £ does not come through.
5 days to make a difference.
Kat, our @PaceInfoUK worker will work with other members of our team to devise a workshop that we will deliver to these parents and then roll the workshop out to others in the new year.
