Quick update, nearly a month later and this issue still isn't resolved! Mint said they'd refund me on Feb 27 and surprise, still no refund! But don't worry, they're opening another ticket to investigate. Complete jokers @MintMobileCares
I purchased the phone directly from Mint themselves, I expect that it can be used on their network. After 2 years of using @Mintmobile without any issue, I am cancelling. AVOID. I am now out over $800, hours of my time, and have an iPhone with the capabilities of a brick. Awful.
Everyone buckle up and let me tell you how @MintMobileCares/@Mintmobile is a complete SCAM! I purchased an iPhone 12 directly from the Mint website and it arrived locked to another carrier. What? Phone is completely unusable. I reached out to Customer Service over TEN TIMES...

And #MintMobile straight up LIES to #CapitalOne and tells them that the phone was received "as described and in good condition." A locked phone is not in good condition! IT. DOES. NOT. WORK.
Y'all still doing qualitative research and writing "generalizability" as the limitation of your study. I hate that for y'all because who told you specificity and complexity were "limitations"? What are the "possibilities" for your work? Start there.

I moderated my 1st qualitative interview in *4 years* today -- on my birthday, no less! It was awesome to get back into the field this way - I forgot how fun interviewing can be! 😊🥳
@annehelen I did MAPSS on a 2/3rd scholarship as a 1st gen, low-income student. It was my ticket to the middle class, and my experience was largely positive. It propelled my career to where I wanted it to be. I have a lot to be thankful for but I'm def in the minority among my peers
