Write down three things:

1. Who is it for?
2. What problem does it solve?
3. What is the smallest useful version?

You don’t need the entire roadmap before writing the first line of code.

Buttons should give feedback.
Forms should explain errors.
Loading states should make sense.
Mobile layouts should feel designedn ot squeezed.

Not every business needs a complicated web app.

Sometimes a fast website, a clear services page, and a reliable contact form are enough.

I’d rather build what solves the problem than add features just to make the project look impressive.
