I really need your help with what is happening to me and MANY other users on @chippercashapp .

Chipper Cash has currently restricted access to my funds. I have ₦836,000 + $352 (around ₦1.4M combined) sitting in my account, but I cannot withdraw or transfer the money to any bank outside Chipper Cash. I can only move it to another Chipper Cash user or use it within their services. Even their card isn’t working for online payments.

This has been going on for almost a week.

What makes this more concerning is that this is NOT the first time. Chipper Cash previously held about ₦300,000 of my money for over a week before I eventually gained access to it.

I contacted their customer support, and after going back and forth, I was asked to provide unusual verification evidence, including making a video showing the amount I wanted to send written on paper. I complied with the requested verification, but after that, my subsequent messages have been ignored.

I started checking reviews and other users’ complaints, and I discovered that I’m far from the only person experiencing this. There are numerous users publicly complaining about restricted funds, failed withdrawals and difficulties getting proper assistance from customer support.

I’m attaching screenshots of:
• My conversations with Chipper Cash customer support
• Their verification requests
• The point where my messages stopped getting responses
• The money currently sitting in my account
• The error message I receive whenever I try to withdraw

@thatverydarkman, please help look into this matter. When people cannot access their own money for days and customer support stops responding, it becomes a very serious issue that deserves public attention and proper answers.

@HSerunjogi, as the CEO of Chipper Cash, I’m also calling on you to address what is happening to customers whose funds have been restricted.

Where is our money, and why can’t we access it?
