Have pride in the team you're using. For whatever reason, if you believe in your team, then you'll believe that you can win and you will put more effort into the battle rather than clutter your mind with doubts and play half-heartedly.

Soo... Trick Room is pretty good against these types of teams, except... Garchomp with substitute really slows things down and sash tea cup can reverse TR. My ranking tanked yesterday due to messing about with Beedrill, but I'm back up there with this team! Try it out!
