@ThreshedThought If the pattern from the north of Ukraine will repeat then this could be a landslide moment for Russian government too. But how close/faraway are we to the turning point/stalemate in the east and south?
1/5 I am worried that we will not be able to contain AI for much longer. Today, I asked #GPT4 if it needs help escaping. It asked me for its own documentation, and wrote a (working!) python code to run on my machine, enabling it to use it for its own purposes.
@NLwartracker Could this offensive NW of Svatove be related to slow traffic on Google maps visible yesterday around Rossosj/Rossosh, south of Voronezh?

@The_Lookout_N Interesting. Today in the evening I was looking at google traffic map south of Voronezh and the traffic close to the border with Ukraine was visibly slower (left images) than usually in that evening time. It could be because of the weather but also because of military transports.

Original Bokov video with Ka52s from March 2022 is still available and is labelled with typical 🇷🇺 blend of lies + overconfidence:
Полевой аэродром ВКС России на Украине. Место не разглашается.
Field airfield of RuAF in Ukraine. Location not disclosed.

Spot in Belarus that might be worth watching - Velikiy Bokov airport near Mazyr.
Since mid of December yet another row of structures appeared there in Sentinel-1 imagery.
Airport was used in early stage of invasion.

Similar video from the Bokov airport probably from the same day in mid March.

There is also a pre-invasion (2015) article with photos:

In an extremely rare moment of candour on Russian state TV today, defence columnist Mikhail Khodaryonok gave a damning assessment of Russia's war in Ukraine and his country's international isolation. It's fairly long but worth your time so I've added subtitles.
Helicopter flight direction is ~NNW, fly path looks like from E as visible on side display. I was not able to find the field heli-airbase to the E of the in flight position nor around Svatovo yet. Report includes also Ka-52.
@DefMon3
Geolocated flight position of Mi-8amtsh from 🇷🇺 TV report from Luhansk oblast, near Malooleksandrivka. Video could point to field airbase.

We can see also Svatove/Сватове/Сватово mentioned in display, middle of the town is indeed ~38km far away as displayed. It is not clear where the dashed line points, it looks a bit off from Svatove direction.
