They wanted to structure the deal and include add ons to take it up to 85m, which was fair. They also didn’t want to pay insane wages which is also fair.

It means that carrick probably wants two 8s who can act as box to box but still be smart enough to know when to go forward and when to stay.
Under Carrick, Casemiro played as a box to box midfielder and mainoo did so too.
