@RedFalcon_9 @1_325thAIR @rgr_abn @KevinMott4 Hard lessons learned. The junior officer vs. senior NCO relationship is often overlooked! I noticed this at Company Command. Having that open line of communication with both Officers and NCOs solidifies boundaries as well as strengthens the necessary bond between counterparts!

@beeks_gregory @FieldGradeLDR Powerful outlook - "it's the why which sets the compass." Part of leadership is providing purpose and direction, but all too often leaders are short-sighted. Sometimes, giving the "why" is inspiring for others to produce quality work.

@FieldGradeLDR Perspective! Reading this, I am reminded of Sinek’s work “Start with Why.” How’s and What’s consume our time, but it’s the why which sets the compass. Always define, refresh and articulate your mission.
