Six weeks out. No noise. No shortcuts.
Today wasn’t about speed — it was about discipline.
Time on feet. Building the engine.
This isn’t “getting healthy.”
This is race prep.
Sharpening edges.
I’m not here to be average.
I’m here to show up as an athlete.
Today hit different.
A year ago I was really slow.
Today I ran nonstop — and held a 9‑minute pace.
I’m sitting on my porch letting it sink in.
I didn’t redline. I didn’t break.
I didn’t survive the run — I ran it.
New chapter starts now. Race season begins in six weeks.
When your physical therapist says not to run for two weeks but you still need to get in a good workout, you head to
@HighPointChatty and do a little bouldering.
I haven't really posted in a long while. I'm just letting yall know I'm still around. I've been putting in hours of work on new art. Hope to show you soon. https://t.co/N6TCHTBDRc via @FacebookWatch
