And if you repeatedly enjoy that feeling without taking action, you may become comfortable with the idea of achieving your goals without doing the work required to achieve them.
One thing about talking about your ambitions too often without taking actionable steps towards them is that it can provide a sense of satisfaction that mimics the reward of making progress.
When feelings become the measure of right and wrong, truth becomes subjective, values become negotiable, and society loses its moral compass.
A society without values will eventually self-destruct.
Being Nigerian and a Man United supporter should be illegal.
Madagascar are literally ranked 104th in the world, yet they’re leading against the supposed Super Eagles. 😭
Random thought:
Maybe people cheat because cheating isn’t punishable by law. I mean, it isn’t a crime by legal standards.
One of the problems with reducing morality to legality is that we eventually start asking, “Is it legal?” when the more important question is, “Is it right?”
God never intended for us to go through life without a sense of community. We all need a group of people around us, people who live nearby, with whom we share common interests, values, experiences, and life.
When a man’s house is on fire, he does not chase rats.
Not in Nigeria, though. We have a peculiar way of prioritising petty matters over crises.
Maybe one day, we’ll learn to focus on the major and not the minor, especially when the major is already on fire.
I made a website about @PeterObi. It details his entire life, his roots, offices held, source of wealth, documented donations, achievements as a governor, and more.
When they ask you what Peter Obi did as governor, send them https://t.co/MJy4SuUuXH

After My Visits to Benue and Plateau.
After returning to Abuja on 8th September 2026, following our visits to Benue and Plateau States, I travelled to Europe, first to Germany and then to the United Kingdom. There, I participated in a series of high-level meetings addressing issues of fundamental importance to Nigeria’s future.
Our conversations addressed democracy and electoral integrity, the escalating challenge of poverty, education, corruption, healthcare, and, above all, practical ways to improve the lives and preserve the dignity of our people.
I was especially encouraged by the sincere readiness of our international partners to support Nigeria, particularly in the critically important area of education. I have consistently emphasised that education is the most valuable investment we can make in our people, because no nation can create a prosperous and sustainable future without developing the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of its citizens.
We must intentionally transition Nigeria from consumption to production, from dependence to productivity, from wasteful practices to responsible resource management, and from division to a common national purpose.
Together, we can create a Nigeria in which every child receives a quality education, democracy genuinely embodies the people’s will, healthcare is within reach, public resources are administered responsibly, and every Nigerian enjoys a fair chance to lead a dignified and productive life.

How are you a Christian and a tribalist?
You claim to follow Christ, yet believe your tribe is superior to others.
At what point does your tribalism become an idol?
This was me some years back.
There’s a wheelbarrow guy who normally comes to our office to dispose of our waste. He usually charges between N700 and N1,000, but somehow, I would still price him down. 😂
One particular day, he came as usual to pack the refuse. We were all outside, and I was bargaining with him to collect N300 instead of the N500 he asked for.
One of my drivers quietly put his hand in his pocket, brought out N1,000 and gave it to the man.
Then he looked at me and said:
“Boss, God has blessed you to a certain level. There are some conversations you should be above.”
Omo… my feet dragged on the ground. 😂
That statement humbled me.
Sometimes, it’s not about whether you can get something cheaper. It’s about understanding that there are people whose little earnings mean far more to them than the few hundred naira you are trying to save.
Since that day, I’ve learnt to ask myself: Is this really a negotiation, or am I simply trying to save money at someone else’s expense?
That was one of the simplest but deepest lessons I’ve ever received from someone who works for me.
