ADHD brains crave novelty.
We start a project, feel the excitment, imagine where it could go.
But the excitement fades as soon as it becomes familiar, and familiar feels like a dead end.

Trauma healing doesn’t always mean forgetting.
The memory may remain.
What changes is what happens inside you when you remember it.
The goal isn’t to erase your story.
It’s to help your body learn that the story is over.

A federal judge just blocked the Trump administration from ripping 900+ bison off public land in Montana — bison that have been restoring that prairie for over 20 years. Thanks to efforts from Earthjustice
It’s a win. It’s temporary. And it’s proof of a sickness that never left: profit over the sacred, production over the sacred, extraction over everything that’s alive.

Clinical EFT isn't simply “tapping with a fancy name.”
It's a structured method that teaches practitioners how to work with specific traumatic events, aspects, distress levels, cognitive shifts and safety.
Learning to tap is one thing.
Learning to heal others is another.
are you always angry at yourself for not living up to your own expectations?
and so obsessed with self-improvement that you don’t notice any progress you’ve already made?
constantly focusing on what “flaw” to fix next?
and feel like you’ll never be satisfied?
...yeah, me too.

Suncor brought a trailer wrapped in bison photos up to Fort Chipewyan by barge this week, pitching “treated” tailings water for the Athabasca River. This is a community that’s been sick for decades — and big oil wants it their way regardless. Leadership says they weren’t properly consulted. Residents say they found out the morning of. So they made signs, they showed up, and they asked the one question Suncor couldn’t answer: if this water’s safe enough to release, why won’t your own people drink it? By mid-afternoon, the trailer was packed up and gone. My latest is out via Indigenous Insider:

Et si le lac Ontario redevenait le lac Oniatari'? Trump veut le rebaptiser « Lake America ». Peut-être est-il temps, au Canada, de se souvenir des noms qui existaient bien avant nos frontières. #cdnpoli
