@CrossCountryUK Hi there, attempting to change a few dates/times of tickets on your app and web page but every time the “payment” goes through (there is none since there’s no fee) it logs me out. I’ve tried on a laptop, the web page and also the app. Please help!

@CrossCountryUK Hi there this information is wrong. You can no longer amend tickets online and neither can the call centre. You need to purchase a completely new ticket and then ask for a refund. It would be great if you could provide the correct information rather than having to find out myself

@SW_Help I can add it in the regular card payment section, but not the Tap2Go section. As you can see only VISA and Mastercard are accepted as payment types, attempting to use an AMEX results in the following image.

Why has @SW_Help removed Amex from their Tap2Go system 🙄 was literally the best thing about this railway and now it’s utterly useless for me.

Another day another cancelled @SW_Help service. Shocked? I wish. And there’s not another train to my station for an hour so now having to spend even more money to travel on a different line. Nationalisation is the worst thing that can happen to a company!!
