@UtdFaithfuls Think it’s more likely to be wage demand than the fee. Let’s see what he’s on at Spurs. I have a feeling it’ll be silly money. Same with Anderson at City
@exfootballfan He’s like a better Mount. All action, good control, good on the ball, goal threat. He’s better in each area and looks to also have decent defensive attributes. He’s not Modric. Modric’s a metronomic player
@utdrobbo@fc_mossman Basically this. Another example of XG being a shite stat, especially without large sample sizes. Which XG definition are you using @fc_mossman ?
@elonmusk Europeans captured & enslaved by North African Barbary corsairs ~= 1 million
Africans shipped to the Americas during the Transatlantic Slave Trade ~=12.5 million
@andrepappiii@QueenMancunian@grok Cup winner’s cup 😂. Sorry I should’ve said United and Liverpool have 2x the fans, 2x the league titles, 2x the major honours and infinitely more CLs. Better?
@imzispoms America doesn’t produce the best athletes in err … Athletics. Clue’s in the name. And America’s most popular sports are overwhelmingly played in the US. Also football’s not just athletics, hence Jamaica isn’t no 1. No doubt America produces great athletes but this is insular.
@punishablepress An Irishman commentating on England for clicks. Meanwhile White Irish were indentured servants in the Caribbean and many Irish fought for their independence from Britain and
feel strongly about it to this day. Funny how you spit in the face of your own people’s history for views.
@punishablepress 😂😂 the difference is Britain colonised Nigeria. It shipped West Africans out to the West Indies, they served in WW2 and then Britain asked them to come over to help rebuid the country. There’s a thread to these trends. It’s in no way comparable to an Irishman being in Nigeria.
@BigJamzLdn We're building a community which is this. Each player's / team's stats are recorded, which gives them a rating on the platform (the app's called Flipflap - you can see it here https://t.co/MLOEl0bEZV)
