The West’s strategic interests keep him shielded - France relies on #Rwandan troops in #Mozambique, and the #UN still deploys Rwandan forces in peacekeeping missions. While the US sanctioned some Rwandan officials, the UK avoids action. With clear evidence of Rwanda’s role in the #DRCongo war, why is Kagame still untouchable?
