I am so beyond happy to see this! These reactors work hard to make a living off of their content and none of them deserved this. This is a huge victory against scam companies in the copyright system! So thrilled for all involved. They messed with the wrong one this time.

Hey All!

I have had quite a few people contacting me wondering where we are currently on the entire 'fraudulent strikes trying to remove my channel' issue.

As of right now:
- YouTube has responded and forwarded all 4 counts to the company to respond to. (Fun fact, this fraudulent company now has access to my home address... Because YouTube will only submit my counter if I give them my home address... But that's cool because the company gave me there email address in return, which they've ignored my legal notices thus far from).

- I am waiting to see what happens now and if the strikes will be removed. Once that's done I am REUPLOADING EVERYTHING! I am not allowing this company to scare monger me into what I post.

- IF the strikes are removed... I am then seeing IF there is any further legal action that can be taken against this Indian company. (Not sure on international laws around this) BUT if we can, I will be pursuing damages and IF we get to this point I'll contact any other creator affected by the same company to be part of the filing.

That is where we are currently are.

I will say it seems unlikely, sadly, that we will have grounds to pursue action against them, but if there is a way, I will do my best to find it.

All this over fraudulent claims and a response time of over 10+ hours from YouTube to help resolve this matter.

Ridiculous. 💔

We have responses this morning. Going through the usual proceedings now and talking with the people we need to.

We have now received 2 fraudulent copyright strikes and it looks like the channel will be terminated. 💔

NOT from UMA (Taylor's label who already own the rights fairly to my videos) but from a random agency based in India NOT affiliated with Taylor Swift.

If we receive 1 more, which I reckon we will, my channel and any channel related to it will be wrongfully terminated from YouTube.

The shorts that have been striked
- Were approved by YouTubes own system (both the shorts copyright unique system and the general copyright system).
- Were under the 1 minute copyright free marker (as stated in YouTubes own guidelines.
- Were completely protected by fair use under LAW.
- Were claimed by a third part, unaffiliated to Taylor Swift agent.

Currently,
- YouTube have not responded to me, the third party agent has not responded and just continues to claim and strike videos across my channel, of 3 will and no consequence, has claimed other creators too and I have received no update since this happened.

I have submitted a legal reversal of the strikes, which YouTube is yet to acknowledge and approve of.

The scary part of all of this is that we are the biggest UK reactor, and there has been no help, no contact, nothing from anyone, they are burying my channel quietly and they have left me no options to protect it.
This company isn't even related to @taylorswift13 and is just using this album release as a way to line their pockets.

If anyone is able to get this to more eyes, any of my tweets today, by liking, sharing, anything so I cannot lose my channel, my income and my job via a fraudulent false strike, please help.

The G.O.T Channel might be shutting down.

I have received multiple rapid copyright strikes, 3 in total, which clearly seems to be an attempt to remove my channel from YouTube (as 3 is the amount needed for channel termination) for using content that I never used in my Taylor Swift shorts videos.

These are incredibly suspicious strikes due to the fact that I already received a muted notice from UMG for a video uploaded and complied with. Whereas these strikes came from a company I haven't heard of based outside of India not listed as any relation to Taylor Swift's team, label or UMG.

These do not appear to be from Taylor's label and the content that they have listed I have used is exclusive content from the movie theatre show... Which I never attended and is not in any of my videos.

I am going to fight it, but this could result in a channel termination due to the way the YouTube copyright system works.
All the videos were also shorts, under 1 minute, all protected under not only the YouTube shorts policy but fair use guidelines for reaction content as well.
