@thewhitecompany 10 days ago I placed an order and paid ยฃ8 for next day delivery. Today? No package. No response from customer service. Online chat service said they "couldn't provide further details, but the order has been placed." Not acceptable. Any support welcome.

@HLInvest when will these issues be resolved? I am in a similar position to Josh, unable to invest additional money due to a duplicate trade. I expect a full explanation, removal of duplicate purchases and refund for the fees we pay to get this supposedly high-end service.
