@Poundstretcher1 just visited the new-ish store in Telford. WOW… the cashier casually shouting how much she hates her job, everyone is a c**t and she isn’t doing any more f****ng shifts. Absolutely disgraceful

@TelfordCentre great customer service today… not. There was an issue with our ticket on exiting the centre, a queue of around 7 cars when we called to get assistance the man who answered was disgusting and rude. Our ticket was validated by B&M.
