@SkribzSt @iAmCroe I hear you but its only the stuff in the brackets that are give priority not stuff outside it. 5(7-4) is shorthand for 5x(7-4) so its not really part of the bracket. Did you use a scientific calculator? I’ll have to check this 🤔

@SkribzSt @iAmCroe Lol since 5 is outside the brackets, 60/5(3) is the same as saying 60/5x3 and the rules of maths state that division comes before multiplication, therefore you do 60/5 which gives you 12 and then you multiply 12 by 3 which gives you 36. Google it and see what answer you get.

Therefore, Brackets first, division second then multiplication.
