@bones410@RWinterowd@mrmikeMTL Yes, I only see the end result.
If you go to any nicer place with high value people, they won't ask you "oh God, what happened to you darling, tell us your story".
They just ignore you because you look to careless to belong there.
@Cheezydork74@mrmikeMTL That's not how the world works.
People treat you better if you aren't fat.
Nobody has time to listen to your story nor do they care.
I don't care about the negative replies.
I speak the truth.
Predictable emotional reaction would be for people to cope.
If I say "fat people are lazy", I expect 10 fat people in the comments saying I'm wrong.
*Words* are just emotions pushed onto the screen, I don't REALLY read them as a serious arguments. π
If you are fat and you can't walk, you can eat less.
If you are fat, you are overeating.
If you burn 1700 calories a day, and you eat 2700 calories, in a week you will get 1kg of fat.
Your body doesn't care that you can't move, 1+1 is still 2.
Nobody on the internet is cheering fat people in wheelchairs, only dudes in wheelchairs with big bicepses that said "I'm in a wheelchair but I did it anyways mannnn".
Medication slows your metabolism or boosts your appetite.
Slow metabolism can be fixed by walking more or eating less, appetite can be fixed by eating low calorie food.
Medication is an excuse so you can stay comfortable eating pizzas.
You had to answer the way you did because as I said-"they feel stressed, then project onto you because they can't accept it's their fault".
Thanks for prooving my point.
"Oh well, I would like to put more than 20kg on my chest before doing a decline sit up, but 20kg is all we got so if I don't get abs it's not my fault".
Yeah bring some tape and tape one onto the other, now you got 40kg.
"Yeah but others will look at me weirdly for taping weights" yeah but I look at them weirdly for NOT taping weights.
@Devsthetix Helps you stabilize your lower back and avoid injuries during a heavy lift such as deadlift, overhead press or a squat.
This lower back support also increases your strength a tiny bit on these lifts.
@Kensetsu6 I mean they did say "mayonnaise dressing", you can't really be so dumb to reach for this and think "ok avocado oil, mayonnaise dressing"....yeah avocados are healthy, let's get it π«ͺ
@Dearme2_ I get often compliments from people that don't try to look good at all, it doesn't really have much value then , right?
I don't feel the "woow thank you" validation, more like replying with "ok" π
I don't understand putting sugar in the coffee.
Why would you drink a 10-hour stimulants just to put sugar in it that will make you crash in 60 minutes...?
Unless you are low testosterone guy that drinks vanilla latte at 21:05, then it doesn't matter if it got sugar in it, can't really get much worse, can it? π
I used to hardcore agree with this.
I was blaming my parents for feeding me mayo and salami and giving me gynecomastia.
And yes, parents are responsible for their kids.
BUT MAN
I thought my parents know everything because they are older.
Then I got rejected so many times as a kid for being fat.
Then when I lost the weight I learned SO MANY THINGS:
-i can lose weight
-i can't listen to people around me
-i need to think for myself
-i don't fear rejection since it happened too many times
-i had to fear the gyno surgery as a kid
-i should do the opposite of my environment
Without them feeding me bullshit*t I would never grow up as fast as I did.
DEFINITELY train slower.
I swear, I've wasted probably 3 years by doing endless reps every single day.
As soon as I started lifting heavier for only 6-8 reps and lowering the weight for 4 seconds instead of doing fast reps with 10kg, everything changed.
Stop wasting time doing 10-12-15 reps fast.
Do 6 reps with maximum effort slowly.
