En su denuncia pública, insiste en que no solo hubo falta de acción o coordinación, sino también posibles obstáculos institucionales que habrían dificultado las labores en un momento crítico.

Since the devastating earthquakes struck Venezuela, President Trump and Secretary Rubio have led efforts to provide rescue and humanitarian relief in solidarity with the Venezuelan people. We have all seen the heartbreaking images of infants and families being rescued from the rubble.
