Here's a new one, @OrbitLawnGarden broke all of my wifi lawn watering timers via a firmware update, and then will not replace them since they're out of warranty. Crazy that a company can break something you own digitally and claim to not have any responsibility.
In 2017 I got an email from @SouthwestAir saying I had achieved A-list Preferred when in fact I had just missed it. Today I got an email saying I have a Companion Pass that I don't have. At what point should a company be responsible for honoring these mistakes?
@backblaze I understand that now. That’s a terrible policy for a backup service. What if my bank started throwing items in my safe deposit box away if I didnt check on it every 30 days? How are you even different than Dropbox if you don’t backup data longer than it is on my drive?
Just lost tons of data I had backed up with @backblaze. Apparently they delete your data after 30 days, even if you still are paying for the account. #thanks
