On @UnitedAirlines_ OGG-SFO. They sent a new bigger plane, overbooked the flight, changed a lot of people’s seats and separated several couples sitting 2gether. There were clearly open seats & could have graciously upgraded folks at their expense. Tragic! Poor customer service.
