People are finally waking up to the fact that Candace Owens is a total BS artist. Here's six minutes of her being a compulsive liar- If there was any doubt left.
@NormalGaysYT I want to know when school stopped teaching students how to sound out words. Like not knowing or immediately recognizing a word like "entrepreneurial" is ok. But, like if you understand how letters work, it is not hard to sound it out.
@jemelehill@Pdragoon247@zackpeter Oh, that is wonderful. We have the fifth largest economy, which totally makes up for being beaten by a homeless drug addict.
Why do you support homeless drug addicts committing assault?
The E. Jean Carroll case against President Trump is one of the strangest civil cases in American history. The foundational problem is this: Carroll could not identify when the alleged incident occurred — not even the year with any precision.
That should have killed the case as dead as a skunk on the road right there.
Without a temporal anchor, no defendant — regardless of guilt or innocence — can mount an alibi defense. Trump, who has maintained detailed calendars and staff records for decades, was denied the most basic tool of self-defense: the ability to establish where he was. That is not a technicality. It is a due process violation at the constitutional level.
Then Carroll produced the one piece of physical evidence she claimed corroborated her account — the dress she wore during the alleged incident. It was subsequently established that the dress was designed after the incident could have occurred. The sole corroborating evidence falsified her timeline.
The case proceeded anyway.
The resulting verdict was then weaponized in a defamation suit — where Trump was held liable for denying the allegation, while being procedurally barred from defending against it, because it was already "proven" in another court, regardless how flawed the procedure was. He was punished, in effect, for asserting his own innocence.
Compounding everything: coordinated professional and physical threats so thoroughly intimidated the legal community that attorneys refused these cases regardless of available fees. When you systematically destroy a defendant's ability to retain counsel of choice, you forfeit the right to a legitimate verdict.
An allegation is not evidence. Process without substance is not law. And a verdict produced under these conditions carries no legitimate authority — whatever its formal status.
Not only is it the right move to investigate Carroll, but every other person involved as well. Trump is owed serious damages here, and there may be a few people who belong in prison for their roles in the case.
@Heladesor@walters_matthew@Villgecrazylady The only thing I want to correct, it was the US and the UK. Israel played basically no part, as it was not even 5 years old when the 1953 coup happened.
@walters_matthew@Villgecrazylady To be utterly fair to Iran, we did basically tell them, "go fuck yourself, you don't deserve a democracy, instead we're going to give you a monarchy that is our puppet."
Like I love America, however, I really can't blame Iran, given we fucked that relationship back in the 1950's
@luvu2golka As somebody who lived in San Jose, Fanime never felt like a huge convention at least not compared to Anime Expo or MomoCon (which fanime directly competes with). So, seeing a YouTuber feels odd.
@stephenfishbach@RealMarkFreeman@buddyrevell123@grok Mate, this you? I am deadass answering your question, and you call me a bot?
Nancy Pelosi was the Speaker of the House from 2007 to 2011 and from 2019 to 2023. Is the former Speaker of the House not counted for recent admin?
@stephenfishbach@RealMarkFreeman@buddyrevell123@grok "... or defend it"
Nancy Pelosi is the insider queen to an egregious level
And your immediate response was, "But, Trump."
We already established Trump is corrupt, what the point of my post on the other side does to an equal degree.
@stephenfishbach@RealMarkFreeman@buddyrevell123@grok I find it a bit humorous that you asked about finding equal brazen corruption on the other side, and then, when shown or told about said brazen corruption, you ignore it or defend it.
My point was to show that both sides of the aisle do corrupt shit, to a fairly equal degree.
@stephenfishbach@RealMarkFreeman@buddyrevell123 Nancy Pelosi is the queen of insider trading, and the current presidential frontrunner, Gavin Newsom, you can't tell me the train to nowhere, which is currently 200 billion dollars over budget, is not blatant money laundering.
@RepMcGarvey@RepTerriSewell So, racial segregation is a good thing now? How is making congressional districts based solely on race not inherently racist?
@wh17y@DefiantLs I am sorry as somebody who recently moved from California. That shit is expensive; a lot of people don't have monetary means to just up and move. Or they have other obligations like family. Plenty of reason for the inability to escape.
@TRHLofficial@ViolaLeighBlues On one hand I agree with you, on the other hand I feel like the 14th amendment does protect illegal immigrants because the 14th amendment was about making slaves into legal citizens and if you look at how Democrats treat illegal immigrants you might as well call them slaves.
@nazzobetweeting@drbombb California Democrats passed a bill that allow male rapists into women prisons so long as they claim to be a woman. CA Dems literally believe it should be legal to rape women.
