CSW failing to prove Satoshi identity in court was kind of the end of the line for BSV from my perspective. Hopefully that's wrong and it finds a way to succeed eventually. TakeIt was good times! I believe BSV can come back from the dead if:

1) Craig establishes that he is Satoshi

2) there is no 2

"F-toshi" narrative was always the only headwind. Dispel that and scale is the only valid game plan.

He's appealing to UK Supreme Court, so the saga continues.

imo he never brought any slam-dunk evidence, so the case is very 50-50, could go either way.

but Mellor's ruling was obscenely biased. Would love to see a fairer ruling, no matter the result.

@Streaming_Sats @kurtwuckertjr I don't think it will be Solana or BSV. But Craig isn't the only smart person. He ignited the whole thing. But his strategy has failed. Others will find designs that work. Give it 50yrs.

Woulda been nice to just have Bitcoin though, and simply scale it over the years...

In hindsight this would have been the better approach, but I don't think he could have known that in advance, and course-correcting Bitcoin would have been heroic.

Ultimately the final nail is not in the coffin for BSV until he loses the appeal.

Assuming Craig loses on appeal (hopefully not, after bringing stronger evidence, but let's be realistic)

Good people & good tech toiling under a dark cloud. User adoption negative.

Michael Saylor understands Bitcoin (BTC) better than we in BSV can hope to, because our minds are full of Satoshi's ideas which are more valid than Saylor's.

But Saylor is relating with bitcoin as it is.
