🐶 Salute 🫡 I am Squad Leader Kang Daniel from 25th regiment, 3rd battalion, 11th company. What are some methods if you would like to become a squad leader? First, you can apply via the Military Manpower Administration. In accordance with special recruitment plan, the first successful candidates will be chosen. Then physical measurements and interviews etc are conducted at the Army Training Center. At the second evaluation, you can then become a squad leader. Even if you did not meet the qualification criteria, you can always reapply when you have the strong will and physical potential.

🐶 I have also been selected as a squad leader for the Army Training Center. Personally I feel the biggest advantage of this role is that I can nurture my leadership skills when guiding all the people during my military period. The pride of personally leading trainees to become elite soldiers of the army is the more important than anything ever.
