@Blueholic007 @talkSPORT Tim Sherwood worked with Spurs Youth system. Spurs gave him the chance and he failed to live up to it. The real issue here is clubs want instant success and they do not want to gamble anymore as they will lose millions of pounds! Demand for glory is so high nowadays
