I should have been graduating today, but COVID-19 made sure they wasn’t happening. But happy to announce I have officially completed my Master of Education in Educational Technology from @UF@UF_COE with a 4.0!!! One of my proudest accomplishments 🥳🍾👩🏻🎓
*humble brag* I have NEVER done this well in school. I have NEVER cared about doing well, just about getting by. It makes a difference when the student cares about the material, wants to succeed, and sees the importance in it. Student buy-in makes a difference! @UF_COE#edtech
The hardest aspect of graduate school is abiding by the page limit on assignments. All of my words are pertinent and I NEED to keep them. Hi, my name is Danielle & I have a problem.
Late night study thoughts: community of inquiry can be a powerful tool when implemented correctly. It creates a network of likeminded individuals who are focused on bettering their practice and implementation. #idframework
Woo-hoo!! My best friend is getting married this weekend. Can’t wait to stand by your side ❤️❤️❤️ side note: also think it’s super cool her school did this to celebrate!
My students have read, listened, and watched MLK Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech. Now they will compare the three for effectiveness, impact, & purpose. Stay tuned!
Leaving for work and finding a nail in your tire = no good. Realizing you’re going to miss your teammate leading book study today & you won’t be there to support her = even worse!! 😭👩🏻🏫
So impressed with how my students are handling/discussing the Emmett still article we are reading. They are approaching the topic with such maturity and asking insightful questions!
At Google training all day. Can’t wait to take what I learn back to my classroom! The students really enjoy using Google suite, I enjoy being able to give instant feedback, and we both enjoy the collaboration aspect of it. #edtech#GoogleEdu
