@AmericanAir Horrible customer service. After diverted flight, Put us on a bus to drive JFK - PHL & bus driver held us hostage on the side of the expressway because company hadn’t paid him. Was speeding, swerving and almost falling asleep at wheel. Absolutely unacceptable.
@tacobell I love you but not when your employees argue with me that there’s no money on my gift card. I’ve called and checked the balance online and there is still $$$. #annoying
