The roads in Youngstown are terrible. So much so that the YCSD closed due to "hazardous travel conditions." Those hazardous conditions are due to the complete lack of snow removal. Seeing ppl having to walk in unsafe roads to get to work is unacceptable! @CityofYOU @vindicator
