Part 2 - so apparently reservations at @Enterprise are merely suggestions and then they charge you MORE if you actually want the car that you reserved but have to get it at another location because they don’t know have it and clearly don’t know what “reservation” really means.

I make a reservation at @Enterprise last night. They call me this morning and say they don’t have the car I rented or anything similar. I ask them to check another location. They do and they have the car, but I have to pay more now because it’s a different location.

When I was little my mom would let us a take a day{s} off from school for our mental health. We didn’t need to fake being sick we could just come to her and say I need a “mental health day” and she would say ok. It’s only in hindsight that I realize just how AMAZING that was. ❤️

While a $500 voucher is nice, it doesn’t solve the problem.

We’ll trade you the voucher for a policy that allows nursing moms to carry on breast milk/pumps for free, regardless of “ticket level.”

United Airlines- SHAME ON YOU for trying to separate a family of 5 making 3 kids take a connecting flight from Denver to Tampa while the adults take a direct flight. Why wouldn’t you put 1 child with a parent and two children with the other parent. This is insane!!!
