@DandG_Support@HotpointSupport The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced… Hotpoint won’t speak to me without a reference number. The reference number is apparently one of D&G. Yet, D&G won’t speak to me as Hotpoint are their service provider?! Utter nonsense.
