A young father was traveling with his two daughters and they had to use the restroom. They were young so he went into the ladies restroom in a convenience store to make them feel safe, and to keep an eye on them helping them wash their hands, etc. Another customer had seen this and decided to call the cops on the Father. The cop show up. They concluded the father had not caused any real problems or broken any laws so he was free to go.. The man who called the cops, though was fined for wasting their time.
We live in such strange times people have lost discernment between right and wrong. I realize people are sensitive to men going into women’s restrooms, etc. but this man had explained that he was the children’s father, and while I understand that the older gentleman thought he was doing the right thing we need to stop , think, and use common sense.

WOW! There’s a lot going on with this viral video story in Texas!

A Dad of two very young girls was just on a road trip when he stopped at a QT for them to use the restroom.
A quick check was made and it was determined that the women’s restroom was empty so he took them inside, they apparently used the restroom and we’re washing their hands when they were confronted with a rather obnoxious man who was with his family including an elderly lady on oxygen.

Note: He himself is seen standing halfway inside the women’s restroom harassing the man and speaking with police whom he had called. By his side is what appears to be a trans QT employee. The little girls were visibly shaken and one was crying because of the harassment.

Near the end, the QT trans woman closed the bathroom door on the aggressor and apologized to the Dad and his girls.

The offended aggressor apparently wanted the man to take his little girls into the men’s room.

What are your thoughts on the best protocol for these circumstances and on how this situation was handled?
(There is no report on whether or not the police arrived and what else transpired.)
