@FedExHelp Not one of the 3 help agents from Twitter FedEx Help followed up with me! I sent my info 3 times to 3 different agents. FedEx is taking 3x longer to get to its destination and it’s impossible to get through to a phone agent. Shame on FEDEX!!
@FedExHelp I shipped a very important business package that was to arrive in NY on 6/23/23. It went from TX to NJ and then it was supposed to be delivered to NY. Instead, it went to Phoenix, AZ and it is taking an additional week to get to NY. My client and I are very upset.
@FedEx I’ve had an issue for over 2 weeks and had been speaking to a rep from the Advocate Team who promised to assist me and for over a week, I’ve been calling him back and he DOES NOT respond. Another rep promised me that she would make sure he follow up with me. NO RESPONSE!!!
@VZWSupport It is completely unacceptable for a client to call 3 times and discuss an issue for over 3.5 hours and not have it resolved! I still don’t know why I am being charged. After being a loyal client since the beginning, I should not be treated this way. Help please!
